Refund policy
Returns
Returns of regular priced Boutique Items are accepted, if approved, on a case-by-case basis for refund or exchange. Clearance item sales are final. Request for return must be received within five (5) days after order is received and returned within 14 days after return is approved. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at Info@stylesbyfermena.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping address. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns on custom made items. Every effort will be made to insure customer satisfaction. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want as an exchange item, is to return the item you have, as soon as possible and identify the item you wish to replace it with, once inspected and the return is completed.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return has been fully approved. Once approved notification will be sent via email and customer refund will be processed to be returned by their original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to you. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact your financial institution.
